According to Sect. 7 para.1 TMG we, as service suppliers, though are responsible for own contents on the pages in accordance with common laws. However, according to Sect. 8 to 10 TMG we, as service suppliers, are not obligated to surveil already transmitted or saved foreign information or to search for circumstances that indicate law violating actions.
